How to play Brain LabPractice recall, sequences, and attention—one focused session at a time.
How to play Brain LabBrain Lab is a quiet practice space with five trials per session. Choose one task and observe your results over time. It records accuracy, response time and the level reached in your browser, so you can compare similar sessions.
Pick an exercise and practice level. Study the prompt while it is visible, then answer from memory. After each trial, read the feedback and continue. The next level may rise or fall according to recent accuracy.
Select position, number, word or N-back practice.
Study the brief prompt, then repeat or recognize it.
Complete five trials and compare your own results.
Position Recall asks for a highlighted grid path. Number Span asks you to type digits in order. Word Recall asks you to identify words from a mixed list. N-back and Dual N-Back Lite compare the final stimulus with an earlier one. Practice levels 1–5 are selectable.
The result records correct trials, accuracy, average response time and the highest level reached. Feedback explains when difficulty changes. Brain Lab is designed for casual cognitive practice, not diagnosis or treatment, and it makes no claim of guaranteed improvement.
